Birthday Card

This is a birthday card I made for my niece last year.  Unfortunately, this year she got a text message as I had been sick and wasn't up to making a card.  This one was made using stamps from Pretty Pink Posh  The name of the set is Birthday Friends Stamp set.  I think it's one of the cutest birthday stamp sets I've seen.  In case you were wondering, my niece loved the card!

Welcome to Better When I'm Stamping! This blog is simply a place for me to share my stamping creations, most are cards, but there may be a few different projects along the way.
I'm glad you're here! I'll share a little bit about myself.  I'm DeAnn and I love stamping! I've been stamping for over 20 years.  Stampin' Up! was my introduction to stamps (back when they made some of their stamps and sold some made by other companies, too).  I'll admit, I was lousy at stamping when I first started and stopped trying for a while until I made a new friend when I went back to college.  She showed me a Christmas card she had made.  It was embossed and colored and gorgeous. I told her I liked stamps but I was terrible at it.  She asked me a few questions about what my stamping looked like, offered a few suggestions and BOOM! I overcame those challenges and fell head over heels in love with stamping and have never looked back.
So, this is where  I will be sharing cards and any other paper craft projects that I make.  My style for the most part is sweet and simple.  I have multiple stamp companies that I love, so I will share a variety of different products here.  Thanks for stopping by, I hope you'll visit many times in the future!
